Every Little Iris Hollow mug is made to order and carefully prepared for its journey home.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Mugs

If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Little Iris Hollow within 30 days of delivery. Use our website contact form above and include:

Your name and order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photographs of the mug and its packaging

Once the issue is confirmed, Little Iris Hollow will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund to the original payment method. Please do not mail a damaged mug back unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Refunds will generally be issued within five business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Returns and Exchanges

At this stage of our small workshop, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products, changes of mind, or accidental selection of the wrong design. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Natural Color Variation

Colors can appear differently from one screen to another because of individual display settings, brightness, and lighting. Small variations in color, tone, and saturation are also a natural part of the ceramic printing and production process. For these reasons, a finished mug may not match the on-screen image exactly, and minor color variation alone is not considered a defect.

A substantial printing error, incorrect design, or material flaw remains covered by our damaged or defective product policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
